The Romanian is the most high-profile loanee to have played this weekend, although disappointingly did not find the back of the net. In the Italian second tier, Serie B, Pisa lost 2-0 to Lecce.
What was also tipped to be a difficult match proved exactly that, as sixth-place Pisa lost to the table-toppers.
Puscas played 83 minutes from the start and has recently been nominated for the Serie B Player of the Month award after scoring four in April.
With two matches remaining, Pisa sit in the play-off positions but are just three points behind second-placed Cremonese.

The 19-year-old goalkeeper played the full 90 for Welling United in their thrilling 2-2 draw with promotion-chasing Havant and Waterlooville.
A good point on paper, with the two sides separated by 21 points and at opposite ends of the table, the visitors equalised in the final seconds of the match to snatch away a much-needed win.
Welling remain in second-bottom, just two points clear of Billericay Town, who hold the relegation place.

Former Coventry City striker McNulty played the final 20 minutes for Dundee United in their Scottish Premiership clash with Hearts.
In the battle between third and fourth, the visitors tightened their grip on a European place with a late winner at Tannadice.
The Tangerines remain in fourth, 19 points behind Hearts in third, but just a point clear of Ross County and Motherwell behind them.
