Reading have sold out their final day allocation for the trip to Luton Town.

The Royals travel to the play-off challenging Hatters on Saturday, May 7 with their Championship status secure for another season.

1,032 tickets have been sold for the trip to Kenilworth Road, the club's first visit there with fans in the stadium since 2006.

Nathan Jones' men are currently in fifth place, eight points clear of the seventh placed Blackburn, although teams with games in hand are within range of catching Luton.

Historically known as Inflatables Day, the loyal supporters are encouraged to bring blow-up items to chuck around the away end in Bedfordshire.

Just two matches remain in the 2021/22 campaign, with the home game against West Brom coming up first on Saturday, April 30.

Wins in the final two matches could lift the Royals as high as 20th, the highest position since early December.

Luton won the earlier fixture between the two, back in January after being rescheduled from the original 150th anniversary celebration in December due to the side's Covid-19 outbreak.
