A MAN has been charged after a stabbing in Reading last week.

Jordan Musa, of London Road, Earley, has been charged with one count of causing grievous bodily harm with intent.

This comes following an incident in which the 27-year-old is alleged to have stabbed a man in the chest.

The incident occurred in east Reading on Saturday, April 9.

Musa was also charged with possession of an offensive weapon.

He has been remanded in custody and will appear at Reading Crown Court on May 16.
