The news comes as South Central Ambulance Service announced they are sending enough vital medical equipment to Ukraine to maintain a field hospital for up to weeks.

Staff from the NHS trust have collected the equipment, including traction splints, stretchers, field dressings and blankets, from bases across Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Surrey and Sussex.
