Racist graffiti has been sprayed in a park outside a Reading pre-school.
Swastikas and a racial slur were spraypainted in Holy Brook Community Park near Kennet Valley Caterpillars pre-school to the shock of neighbouring residents.
Kelly Cox, from Calcot, who litter-picks at the park, found the graffiti on Thursday while taking her son for a walk.
“It was awful when my little boy asked me what it was. He’s only eight,” she said.

She said a swastika had been daubed on the dog bin and the wall of Kennett Valley Community Centre a week ago before being covered up.
Yesterday she arrived to see the hate symbols re-painted and more graffiti elsewhere in the park.
Thames Valley Police and West Berkshire Council have been contacted for comment.
