A 32-year-old Woodley woman must pay more than £400 for taking a train without a ticket that would have cost £13.70.
Laura Thomas, 32, of Southlake Court, Reading, entered the train at London Bridge on September 18, 2021 without a valid fare.

At Barkingside Magistrates' Court on Valentine’s Day, 2022, Thomas was fined £220 and ordered to pay for the ticket.
She was ordered to pay £135 in costs and a surcharge to fund victim services of £34.
Thomas must pay the full sum of £402.70 by March 14, 2022.
