George Puscas' Reading FC nightmare could be coming to an end as he closes in on a move to Italian Serie B side Pisa according to reports in his native Romania.
The striker arrived at Reading in 2019 from Palermo but has failed to live up to his £8.1m transfer fee. In 91 appearances he's scored just 20 goals including two in 27 games this season.
On Saturday, he was substituted at half-time in Reading's 4-0 defeat to QPR. Now though, it appears his time at the club may be coming to an end.
Romanian journalist Emanuel Rosu has reported that Puscas will be joining Pisa on loan. The deal also includes a £4.18m obligation to buy should Pisa get promoted to Serie A this season.
