1. Police name victim, 77, of latest fatal stabbing
Police named a man who was found fatally stabbed in a Reading property this week prompting officers to launch a murder investigation.
The force said he died from shock and haemorrhage as a result of a stab wound to his chest, according to a post-mortem examination.

A Hampshire man has been charged following the reported stabbing of an 18-year-old woman in Reading last week.
Air Ambulance crews and South Central Ambulance Service teams attended the scene, where the woman was treated before she was rushed to hospital.

Plans to build 4,500 homes south of Reading - what is involved?
Here are the details of plans revealed to create a 4,500 home new community in the Loddon Valley south of Reading.
It is predicted that a minimum of 2,200 houses will be built by 2037/38.
