A derelict 400-year-old cottages is at auction for £600,000 next week – but it’s too dangerous to look inside.
Elizabeth Cottage overlooking Crookham Common, Thatcham, has been uninhabited for more than a decade, gradually becoming overrun by the vegetation surrounding it.
The four-bedroom cottage with original beams and fireplaces will go under the hammer at Auction House Sussex on November 23.

Elizabeth Cottage, Crookham Common, Thatcham is being sold by Auction House Sussex at its next livestream auction next week on Tuesday 23 November 2021 at 2.30pm
