The Slough business will set up at Unit 2 Trade City, Sentinel End. Trade City is currently home to tile and tyre companies, with several spare units.

Planning officer Nathalie Weekes said the plans are lawful and there would not be any intensification of use from the proposed bakery use and so the certificate lawfulness can be granted.

She added: “Additional planning permissions may be required for any external changes to the unit or advertisement consent sought as a result of the change of use.”
