Here are our player ratings from Reading's 3-2 loss against Bournemouth.

Southwood - 5

He made a few decent saves in the first hour but nothing more than is expected. He was unlucky to be beaten for the first goal via a deflection and could do nothing about the second. He will be disappointed with the penalty as he got a hand to it.

Yiadom - 4

Gave away the penalty late on after taking down Sonney Carey. He also could have given away a penalty earlier on when he blocked a cross which the visitors believed to have struck his arm.

Moore - 4

Made a last-gasp challenge to deny Anderson what looked like a certain goal after a quick counter from the visitors. Solid in the first half but Yates had a field day in the second.

Dann - 5

Started the game well and opened his account for the club with a glancing header. However, like his centre-back partner faded into the second half as Blackpool staged their comeback.

Rahman - 4

Allowed Blackpool a lot of space down his side and was unable to stop crosses coming into the box.

Laurent - 4

Was dispossessed on multiple occasions. Kept things ticking over in the middle of the park but didn't offer much else.

Drinkwater - 6

The Premier League winner enjoyed a fantastic first half and offered a number of passes into areas. He was sloppy in the second half though, giving the ball away on a number of occasions.

Ejaria - 5

Put in a lot of work defensively but the former Liverpool man wasn't able to offer much going forward - which is where we'd want to see him. He did make one great last-ditch tackle on Mitchell as he was about to get his shot off.

Swift - 4

Got an assist with a pin-point free-kick which didn't need a second invitation for Dann but that was pretty much it from the 26-year-old.

Dele-Bashiru - 6

Finished off a good move to score Reading's second of the night but didn't threaten Blackpool enough going forward in the second half.

Puscas - 4

Did well to win the ball back for the second goal but he missed a great opportunity when he was through on goal that would have given the Royal's a 3-0 lead. Didn't hold onto the ball long enough to allow his team up the pitch in the second half.

SUBS

Azeez - 5

Replaced Puscas in the 65th minute and put himself about. He could have won a penalty late on in the game but the referee waived away the appeals.

Clarke - 5

Couldn't make his mark on the game as he came on late.
