Is it too early to be putting up Christmas decorations? One Reading bar is saying it’s the most wonderful time for the beer.

As winter approaches, Mojito Beach Bar, in Oracle Riverside, has been rebranded as a ‘lapland’ – filled with igloos, reindeers, Christmas trees and baubles.

Christmas music has not started yet but staff assured the Reading Chronicle that would be coming in November.

As they welcomed customers, one bartender said: “They are surprised but they like it anyway. There are some restaurants with Christmas decorations already.”
