A NEW MAP shows every crime reported to Thames Valley Police from Reading in August 2021. 

The force has recently released crime data for the aforementioned month, during which time 800 crimes were reported.

Violent and sexual offences were reported the most, with 688 reports made to police about such incidents in just more than four weeks. 

Thames Valley Police also received 214 anti-social behaviour reports, 236 public order reports, and 101 criminal damage reports. 

20 reports of possession of weapons were recorded, 84 reports of shoplifting were made and 45 incidents of bicycle theft were recorded.
