A DRIVER who failed to pull over when asked to by police in Newbury has led to police seeking witnesses.
At around 2.30pm on Wednesday, October 6, officers attempted to stop a blue BMW 118D in the car park of Sainsbury’s in Hectors Way. The car did not stop and continued driving. No one was injured.

A man has since been charged following this incident.
Investigating officer, PC Rachael Hall, based at Newbury police station, said: “I am appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this incident to please come forward.
“Further, I’d ask any motorists who were in the car park at around this time to check dash-cam footage in case it may have captured something that could assist with the investigation.
