Woman rescued after police attend fear for welfare incident on bridge
POLICE were called after a woman was spotted on a bridge over Cow Lane yesterday evening.
The incident happened at around 7pm with witnesses reporting a woman was on the bridge with lots of police present.

Richfield Avenue leading up to Cow Lane was blocked off by emergency services too.
A police spokesman said: "This was a fear for welfare for a woman, which was safely resolved."
