WOKINGHAM council has said that Marvellous Festival will be taking place next weekend, at half capacity.
The music, food and drink festival held in Dinton Pastures Country Park, Hurst, will be taking place over Saturday July 17 and Sunday, July 18.

The music acts include a series of tribute bands including Uncle Funk’s Disco Inferno, T Rextasy, Fillers, Limehouse Lizzy, The ELO Show – a tribute to Jeff Lune, Fleetwood Bac, Flash, Typically Tina, Legend, The Quo Experience, The Ed Sheeran Experience, Sounds of Simon and Coldplace.
Covid-safety procedures in place include limiting the festival capacity to 3,750 people per day, and outlining walkays and viewing spaces.
Cllr Parry Batth, executive member for environment and leisure said, “I am delighted that the Marvellous Festival is taking place this year, and we have a fantastic line up of tribute acts from disco to indie, and from rock to pop.
"This year’s festival promises something for everyone.
