WITH just days until opening, we took a sneak peek into Reading's newest bar complete with bowling and crazy golf as it gears up to open next week.

Spinners, which is opening a space in Broad Street Mall on Tuesday, June 29, let us in early to take a look around at the new space.

Reading Chronicle:

The site was due to open last autumn but was forced to delay things around the pandemic.

Now, the quirky space is kitted out with a two-lane bowling alley, plus swanky green couches at either end to make space for groups to socialise.

A fully-equipped bar resides at the back wall of the venue, which was formerly the basement to Argos, and will provide pizza and cocktails.

Elsewhere, beneath the Par-Tee-Time neon sign is a sizeable mini golf course following the pink blossom tree decorated theme.

Reading Chronicle:

As well as bowling, crazy golf and a slick bar seating area, the venue has three dartboards available - no counting necessary, as the board tallies your points as you go.

Bookings for the independent venue are now open, ahead of the official opening day on Tuesday next week.
