POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a woman who was last seen in Earley has been reported missing.

Janette Fulford, aged 79, was last seen in Bridport Close, Earley, at around 7.15pm yesterday (June 1).

She is approximately 5ft 6in tall with short brown hair according to Thames Valley Police, and i is believed she could be driving a black Mitsubishi Colt, registration beginning RA56.

Inspector Richard Morris, of Reading police station, said: “We are appealing for the public’s help in locating Jeanette, who was last seen in Earley yesterday evening.

“We believe she is using a black Mitsubishi Colt car, with the registration beginning RA56. We believe that the car may have been seen in the Wiltshire area today, on the A350 near to Warminster at a time between 8am and 2pm.

“We would ask that anyone who thinks they have seen Jeanette, or has seen the car, or has any information on her whereabouts, to please contact police.

“We are concerned for Jeanette, and want to make sure she is found and brought home safely.”
