The White Horse Sea Angling Club’s latest match last Sunday saw it be slim pickings for catches.
The match was held from Seascale slipway to Harrington pier and was for the Lea Hasson Trophy.
There was only one fish brought to the scales – a 15oz flounder – which was landed by L Lynch.
The next match will be this coming Sunday on north and west piers, with fishing times from 9am to 1pm.
The weigh-in will take place on North Shore car park.
