A SEXUAL predator, hit and run driver and fraudster have all been put behind bars in Berkshire last month.
The courts have had a busy April locking up six criminals from across Maidenhead, Slough, Bracknell and Reading.
Here are the faces of all of the criminals who have been sentenced for their crimes in April 2021.
The criminal facing the longest sentence is Roy Coxhead with 18 years in jail for abusing teenage boys sexually in Reading.

Decision made in appeal to overturn sentence of man who threatened couple with knife
Patrick Cassidy
Last month, a man who threatened an elderly couple with a knife in their Slough home had his appeal to overturn his 15-year prison sentence thrown out.
Patrick Cassidy, formerly of Stanborough Avenue, Borhamwood, told the man and woman to hand over money and gold when he broke into their house in November 2019.
Despite this, Cassidy left empty-handed and fled, but police caught him a short distance away from the property.
The crook had been in prison prior to this, and escaped from HMP Hollesey in August 2019 when he was found to be missing at the morning roll call and did not return.
Man jailed after sexually assaulting woman in Slough
Sorin Anitei, 46, of no fixed abode, admitted one count of sexual assault by touching, and assault occasioning actual bodily harm in Reading Crown Court on April 21.
This was after Anitei sexually assaulted a woman in her 40s, in woodland near Slough Road, Slough, on January 9, 2021.
The victim sustained serious bruising to her face as well as a broken nose at the time.
Years in jail for 'dangerous' sexual predator who abused teenage boys
A “dangerous” predator who groomed two teenagers decades apart was locked up in April for almost 20 years.
Roy Coxhead, of Erleigh Road, Reading, targeted “vulnerable” boys with money, cigarettes, alcohol and cannabis before having oral sex and attempting to penetrate the first boy on multiple occasions.
The first boy, who became “entangled” with Coxhead when he was “11 or 12” got a sexually transmitted infection from the businessman following the assaults.
Years later, after luring a second boy to his flat, the businessman put his hands down the teen’s trousers and encouraged him to do the same to him.
Jail for man who stole car before driving on wrong side of road and crashing
Lewis Rawlings, of Conwy Close, Tilehurst, stole his neighbour’s car in October 2019 after pleading for a lift to a nearby bus stop.
According to Judge Sarah Campbell, Rawlings was under the influence of “various types of alcohol” and prescription drugs at the time of the incident.
The judge handed Rawlings a 12-month prison sentence after he pleaded guilty to robbery, dangerous driving and aggravated vehicle taking.
Fraudster jailed after stealing £750,000 from car dealership to fund gambling addiction
A Wokingham man defrauded Bracknell’s Jemca Toyota car dealership of more than £750,000 in a bid to fuel his gambling addiction.
Richard Zarifeh, of Church Lane, Arborfield, will serve three years and ten months behind bars as punishment for his actions.
Hit and run driver jailed after killing a pedestrian
Gary Heffenden, 21, of Wateringbury Road, Kent, was sentenced on Tuesday, April 6, at Reading Crown Court after being sentenced for a number of hit and run incidents.
The sentencing comes after an incident on August 16, 2018, when Haffenden was driving on Lower Road, Minster, Kent, when he crashed head-on with a driver travelling in the opposite direction.
Then once again on March 17, 2019, Haffenden was driving on Wraysbury Road, Wraysbury, when he was involved in a crash with a pedestrian who died at the scene. Again, Haffenden did not stop the car at the incident.
Haffenden was sentenced to three years' imprisonment in court yesterday after admitting to one count of causing serious injury by dangerous driving, causing death by careless driving, causing death whilst uninsured and failing to stop after a road accident.
