A MAN has been found with head injuries in a street in Newbury.

Thames Valley Police believe the 23 year old was involved in a fight before finding him in Bartholomew Street on Friday, April 23.

It happened about 7.50pm and the force found him with head and facial injuries.

The force said he did not require hospital treatment.

Investigating officer PC Katherine Darling, based at Reading police station, said: “We believe that the victim has been injured during an assault.
