Is there anything more frustrating than bad parking?

Residents across the county have complained about vehicles parked on pavements, double yellow lines or blocking access to driveways.

Some of the bad parking has been described as 'inconsiderate' while one reader noted parking in his area is a 'nightmare'.

In more extreme cases, vehicles have blocked pavements and caused pedestrians, parents with prams, or disabled people to bypass them by walking onto the road.

It comes as motorists could face £70 fines for parking outside homes as part of new laws that could be coming into force in the UK.

Among new laws introduced this month, a nationwide ban on parking on pavements could be one of them.

The law change could be coming into place to maximise safety of journeys of disabled and visually impaired pedestrians.
