IF you want to enjoy a glass of bubbly and a bite to eat then a new pop-up champagne bar in Reading might be the treat you're looking for.

The Roseate Reading is launching the Reading Room Pop-up Champagne Bar, sponsored by Moët & Chandon, next Monday (April 12).

The pop-up bar at the hotel on The Forbury offers visitors everything from Moët champagne to mojitos, burgers to beer, and a delicious afternoon tea too.

The food and drink is all available to takeaway and enjoy.

The hotel is also opening its secret garden from next Monday.

The Reading Room’s Secret Garden will transport people to a tranquil outdoor oasis.

Visitors can sit beneath the warm summer sky and enjoy The Reading Room’s courtyard, eating food from the hotel's newly created A La Carte menu and sip a round of The Secret Garden’s signature cocktails.

If you would like to delve deeper into relaxation, The Roseate Reading’s Aheli Spa offers a variety of treatments including signature body rituals, scrubs, wraps and facial services.

Vicky Punchaye, General Manager, said: “Hospitality is loved by so many, and was hit the hardest throughout the pandemic.

"During this time, The Roseate Reading adapted so we could keep serving customers but we’re thrilled to be back doing what we do best - offering fantastic hospitality in The Reading Room’s Secret Garden from 12 April.

All services are available from Monday, April 12, at The Roseate Reading.
