UPDATED
DRONE images have captured an emergency operation as smoke is seen spewing out of a houseboat in Reading.
A large number of fire crews have been spotted at the scene of a fire in Caversham.
The resident who captured the aerial images from above said emergency services have now left the scene.

Earlier today, The Chronicle was told by an eyewitness that a fire had started next to the river in The Warren, Reading.
The witness said a houseboat on the river had caught on fire.

Images taken earlier today shows smoke billowing from underneath the property.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service has been contacted for an update.
