Police have given an update into their murder investigation after a man in his 50s died last week.

At about 7.40pm on Wednesday, March 31, police were called to an incident in BP Petrol Station in Chalfont Way, Lower Earley.

A 51-year-old man died and his next-of-kin have been informed and are currently being supported by specially trained officers.

Earlier last week, a 25-year-old man from Wokingham and a 42-year-old man from Reading were arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and murder. 

Today, Thames Valley Police said the two men have now been released on bail until April 28.
