3. WHSmith

Reading Chronicle:

AN old High Street staple is the WHSmith store and in Lower Earley the shop is up for sale.

The unit in Maiden Lane Centre is being marketed by rightmove.co.uk as a business for sale.

It is described as a ground floor lock-up unit within a parade that  sits alongside other businesses including a dentisit and restaurants.

The site used to be an off-licence, and also says the owner will be retaining staff and moving them to other stores.
