Three people, which includes two teenage boys, have been charged in connection with a murder inquiry in Tilehurst.
Abas Khan, 23, of Helmsdale Close in Reading, was charged on Wednesday, February 11, with a single count of murder and one count of section 18 grievous bodily harm.

Additionally, two boys aged 16 and 17, have also both been charged with a count each of murder and one count of section 18 grievous bodily harm.
The charges are in connection with the death of 26-year-old, Raheem Hanif, in Dulnan Close in Tilehurst, on the evening of Saturday, February 6.

Khan and the two teenagers will appear at Reading Magistrates’ Court tomorrow [Friday, February 12].

Additionally, a 16-year-old boy was charged on Tuesday, February 9, with a count of murder and a count of section 18 grievous bodily harm, whilst four other men, two aged 25 and two others aged 21 and 22 have been arrested in connection with the investigation and released on bail.
