MORE people died from Covid-19 last month at the Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust since the pandemic began last March.
A total of 136 people died from Covid-19 in January at the Trust according to the latest data.
This number is more than a quarter of the total number of Covid-19 deaths recorded at the Trust since March 1, 2020.
The total number of deaths currently stands at 450.

The second highest total was recorded in April, 2020, when there were 120 deaths.
December followed with 51 deaths at the Trust.
The number of deaths recorded in March 2020 when the pandemic started was 23.
This rapidly increased in April 2020 when there were 120 recorded deaths.
This number gradually decreased and reached its lowest point in July 2020 with one recorded death.

Across the UK, a total of 112,660 people have died from Covid-19 as of today (Wednesday, February 3).
3,871,825 have tested positive for the virus across the UK and 10,021,471 people have received their first vaccination.
