A GARDEN centre has partnered with Sainsbury's to open a new look foodhall in Reading.

Dobbies Garden Centres has partnered with Sainsbury’s to bring a range of essential food and groceries during lockdown to the store in Hyde End Road, Shinfield.

Shoppers at Dobbies’ Reading can now enjoy a range which includes over 3,000 products, giving customers a choice of food to take home including chilled, fresh and frozen produce as well as other grocery, household and toiletry products.

Graeme Jenkins, CEO of Dobbies, said: “It is fantastic to see our new look foodhall open in Reading, with a diverse range of Sainsbury’s products now available for customers.

Dobbies is offering five lucky customers the chance to win their foodhall shopping for free at the Reading store.

Five shoppers will be selected at random between Friday, January 29, and Thursday, February 4, to receive the contents of their foodhall shopping basket.

Winners will be selected by the team members at the till point throughout the week.

In line with government guidelines, the store is open 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday, and Sunday from 10.30am to 4.30pm with social distancing measures in place.
