THIS week, last Sunday's snow turned to heavy rainfall, and with that some areas of Berkshire have been left submerged in water.

Parts of Reading, Bracknell, Slough, Maidenhead and Windsor have seen areas flooded, with weather warnings and advice in place.

We have rounded up a few pictures as well as Met Office guidance to show the extent of flooding throughout the areas.

Flood alerts

River Thames at Purley Village: Flooding is expected - immediate action required

Property flooding is expected in this area.

River levels are rising slowly on the River Thames as a result of heavy rainfall over the past few days.

Therefore, flooding of property is expected overnight, especially in the Mapledurham area.

Lower River Loddon

Property flooding is not currently expected.

River levels are high on the River Loddon as a result of a period of sustained rainfall.

Therefore, flooding of road and farmland is possible, specially in the Sindlesham area.

Today is expected to be clear, and further rainfall is forecast across next week.

Colne Brook at Iver and Colnbrook

Heavy rainfall has fallen over the Colne Brook Catchment throughout the last few days.

Levels have risen in the Colne Brook and are expected to remain high throughout today (January 31).

The main areas of concern are currently around Iver, Colnbrook and Fulmer.

Flooding to low lying land and roads close to the Colne Brook is possible and flooding from surface water could also occur.

River Thames from Maidenhead to Windsor and Eton

Property flooding is not currently expected.

River levels are high on the River Thames as a result of a period of sustained rainfall.

Therefore, flooding of low lying roads and farmland is possible, especially in the Bray area.

River levels are expected to remain high for the next few days.

The Jubilee River is currently in operation to reduce flood risk in the area.

Officials are closely monitoring the situation and incident response staff are operating weirs to reduce flood risk.
