POLICE have issued an update on an incident in Newbury where a man "exposed his genitals" to people passing by.

Thames Valley Police said at around 12.30pm on Wednesday, January 13, "a man stood at the junction to Cheap Street and the A339 and exposed his genitals to a number of people passing by".

The force said he is described as a white male in his late thirties, with brown hair brushed to one side.

He was wearing glasses, black jeans, a black jacket with red writing and black shoes.

Issuing an update, police said: "There have not been any arrests in connection with this and it is still under investigation."
