The property has 80 ensuite bedrooms as well as a restaurant, bar and function rooms (the largest with capacity for 220 people).

Rightmove explains interest in the hotel is expected from those looking to reopen the hotel business or redevelop the property for alternative use.
The hotel has remained closed since the lockdown in March 2020.

The site area extends to around 1.78 acres including a car park for approximately 165 vehicles.
The property is located less than one mile from Junction 12 of the M4 and around 3.5 miles west of the city centre.
