THE Base Greenham is holding its very first online Christmas Craft Fair, where shoppers can browse high quality Christmas gifts from local creators this weekend.

Across the weekend The Base, which is in Thatcham, will be championing local artists and celebrating all things arts and crafts in an online Christmas shopping event.

The Base said all vendors have been carefully curated to ensure there is a wide variety of different art forms represented.

Featuring across The Base’s website and social media platforms, there will be an array of different makers from the local area sharing their high-quality gifts and creations for shoppers to browse.

Included in the list of craft makers are Peaches and Tea who will be showcasing their handmade earrings and necklaces made from polymer clay.

Artist and craft maker Sarah Jane Gordon, from Breathe and Flourish, will be sharing her work inspired by her love for the coast and the treasures of the shore line.

John Brazendale is a ceramicist who will have a range of lily-inspired ceramic pieces for both house and garden and Tierney Bishop, a glass and mixed media artist, will have original creations to display outdoors that will make the perfect gift this Christmas.

Across the weekend all of the artists taking part will be showcased on The Base’s website www.thebasegreenham.co.uk, with different artists profiled on each day.

The event runs on Saturday, November 21, and Sunday, November 22, between 10am and 4pm, and there will be updates from the craft makers on The Base’s social media platforms, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram (@thebasegreenham).
