MORE reports of parcels being stolen from people's doorsteps in Reading have been made to police.
In a tweet posted by TVP Reading yesterday (November 11) the force said: "We have received more reports of parcels being stolen from people’s doorsteps / flat communal areas."
Earlier this month, the Chronicle reported that there had been a rise in parcel thefts.

The force has issued advice to prevent people from becoming a victim of parcel theft.
In a Thames Valley Police alert, the police said: "Please make arrangements for your goods to be delivered when you are home, to a trusted neighbour or a secure area where they cannot be seen or accessed by opportunist thieves."

People are being asked to report any suspicious incidents, sightings or information to the Thames Valley Police Enquiry Centre on 101 and to check their CCTV cameras, ringcam or dashcam.
