The following cases appeared at Reading Magistrates’ Court:

 

October 9:

SEBASTIAN ZADURA, 34, of no fixed address, admitted stealing confectionary items worth £72.60 from Co Op in Reading on April 21. Conditionally discharged for 12 months. Also ordered to pay £22 compensation. 

DANIEL JACOBS, 26, of Prince Of Wales Avenue, Reading, admitted drug driving on London Road, Reading, on February 7. Found to have 6.3mcg cannabis per litre of blood. Fined £120. Also ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Also disqualified from driving for 15 months.

PHILIP IVENS, 46, of Lowfield Road, Caversham, convicted of driving heavy goods vehicle when gross laden weight exceeded maximum permitted by Wokingham Borough Council and Oxford County Council in Sonning on November 22, 2019. Fined £350. Also ordered to pay £35 victim surcharge and £175 court costs. 

October 10:

LORNA MCCULLOCH, 37, of Russell Street, Reading, admitted stealing two hairdryers worth £273 from Sallys Salon, Reading, on March 9. Ordered to pay £273 compensation. 

ROBERT SREBRYZNSKI, 34, of Oxford Road, Reading, admitted possession of ketamine in Wokingham on December 10, 2019. Fined £200. Also ordered to pay £32.02 victim surcharge.  

October 12: 

DARRYL WILD, 29, of Drury Lane, Mortimer Common, admitted criminal damage to a front door worth £250 in Reading on December 14, 2019. Conditionally discharged for 12 months. Also ordered to pay £100 compensation, £21 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

CLIVE RESTALL, 54, of Granville Road, Reading, convicted of racially/religiously aggravated and intentional harasssment/alarm/distress/words in Reading on April 2, 2019. Conditionally discharged for 18 months. Also ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £350 court costs. 

DIMITRIJS ROMANUKS, 35, of Paices Hill, Aldermaston, admitted failure to comply with supervision requirements following a release from prison, namely by failing to keep in touch on October 1. Committed to prison for 14 days. 

INGUS VELIKANOVS, 29, of Kensington Road, Reading, admitted failing to comply with a community order made on July 22, by failing to attend meetings on July 28, August 4, August 5, and August 11. Community order varied. Also ordered to pay £75 court costs. 

SHANE SMITH, 26, of Ryan Close, Caversham, admitted failing to comply with a community order made on July 1, 2019, by failing to attend meetings on October 8, 2019, and October 28, 2019. Also convicted for original offence which the community order was made on July 1, 2019, namely stealing a bicycle worth £1350 in Reading on March 16, 2019. Community order revoked. Ordered to pay £125 court costs. Committed to prison for two weeks suspended for 12 months. 

October 13:

EDWARD CULLEN, 21, of Orchard End, Chieveley, admitted drink driving on Howard Road, Newbury, on May 1. Found to have 64mcg alcohol per 100ml breath, exceeding the legal limit of 35 mcg. Also admitted drug driving on M4 Motorway, Hungerford, on February 8. Found to have 7ug cannabis per litre of blood. Also admitted drug driving on M4 Motorway, Hungerford, on February 8. Found to have 23ug cocaine per litre of blood. Also admitted drug driving on M4 Motorway, Hungerford, on February 8. Found to have 200ug cocaine metabolite per litre of blood. Also admitted drug driving on M4 Motorway, Hungerford, on February 8. Found to have 45ug ketamine per litre of blood. Committed to prison for 18 weeks total, suspended for 12 months. Electronic monitoring required. Also ordered to pay £2170 total court costs and £128 victim surcharge. Also disqualified from driving for 36 months.
