ROADWORKS are the bane of drivers' lives so to help you avoid them we have put together a list of works that are taking place in Reading this week and how long they will last for.

Hose Hill, Burghfield
Hose Hill in Burghfield will be closed between October 19 and October 21 from 7am until 5pm.
The closure is from its junctions' with Dean Copse Road and Folly Lane.
It is to enable Volker Highways to carry out maintenance work on behalf of West Berkshire Council.

M4 Smart Motorways
M4 Smart Motorway works are taking place this week from junction 10 (Wokingham) to junction 12 (Theale/Reading).
The planned closures are on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 10pm until 6am.
