POLICE officers are patrolling areas in Reading following reports of "issues with motorbikes".
Thames Valley Police released a Neighbourhood Policing Newsletter for September and October for South Reading.

The newsletter said: "Officers robustly investigate and patrol the area regarding motorbike nuisance at Kennet Island through to Island Road together with the SSE site.
"There have been issues with motorbikes, causing anti-social behaviour in this area."
The force added teams are also dealing "with ongoing issues with known offenders shoplifting at Brunel Retail Park and Cotswold Outdoor Store".

It said: "We are working with the various shops to ensure evidence is collected and banning orders put in place.
"We are also actively challenging and deterring the offenders."
