New Reading FC boss Veljko Paunovic has been nominated for the Championship Manager of the Month Award.
The Royals have enjoyed a fantastic start to life under the new manager, with Paunovic picking up four consecutive wins in the first four league matches of the campaign, including three in September.
The triumphs over Derby County, Barnsley, Cardiff City and Watford have seen Reading climb to the top of the table - level on points with Bristol City, the only other club in the league to still boast 100 per cent record.
The three wins recorded in September have seen Paunovic nominated for the award, alongside Bristol City boss Dean Holden, Steve Cooper of Swansea City and new AFC Bournemouth manager Jason Tindall.
In terms of the player awards, Watford defender Craigh Catchcart, midfielders Bradley Johnson (Blackburn Rovers) and Jed Wallace (Millwall) and Bristol City striker Jamie Paterson have been nominated for the Player of the Month.
