TWO suspected stolen bicycles and a large rubber dinghy were discovered in a van stopped by police on the Oxford Road.
Officers spotted the van on the Reading street on Tuesday (September 29), and upon the discovery of the potentially stolen items and bolt croppers, two were arrested.

A search of a home later revealed more suspected stolen goods as well as cannabis.
