OUTSIDE of London, Reading has the highest number of streets where the average home is worth at least seven figures.

An article written by Zoopla this time last year revealed Reading has 207 seven figure homes.

We've decided to look at which streets are the most expensive in and around Reading according to Zoopla.

The website says the average price paid for a home in Reading is £408,819 but these are the streets where houses are worth at least one million pounds.

1. Ferry Lane, Reading, RG10 - The average property value for a house on this road is £2,227,860.

2. Mill Lane, Reading, RG4 - The average property value for a house on this road is £2,204,593.

3. Bridle Way, Reading, RG 8 - The average property value for a house on this road is £2,136,678.

4. Collins End, Reading, RG8 - The average property value for a house on this road is £1,988,897.

5. Henley Road, Reading, RG10 - The average property value for a house on this road is £1,877,417.

6. Scarletts Lane, Kiln Green, Reading, RG10 - The average price paid for a house on this road is £1,862,500.

7. Starveall Road, Aldworth, Reading, RG8 - The average price paid for a house on this road is £1,820,000.
