A COMMUNITY office is on track to open in September in Broad Street Mall.

Co-Space Reading will offer a flexible and spacious working environment for start-up businesses to SMEs and beyond.

There will be 15 fully furnished office suites available to rent, ranging from between 4, 6 and 10 person, up to 50+ person spaces.

Spaces will be accessible 24/7 via Broad St. Mall.

Co-Space enables businesses to have a registered company address, plus offers membership benefits as standard including the use of meeting rooms, breakout spaces, roof terrace and amenities.

Office spaces are fully IT connected and come with Wi-Fi.

Hot desk and resident desk spaces will also be available for those looking to rent on a more ad hoc basis.

Co-Space Reading is the latest location to join an ever growing Co-Space Community, set up by joint founders William Stokes and Alistair Thomas.

The pair watched the rise of flexible workspaces and set out to help create a more functional and design-led work environment outside of London and across the UK.

Both saw potential in Reading and were keen to be an integral part of the regeneration project for Broad St. Mall. which will also include the addition of a cinema, 400 new high-quality homes and a new Premier Inn hotel.

Broad St. Mall has also announced that “Co-Coffee” is set to open in September and will be serving quality artisan coffee and light bites.
