1. Revolucion de Cuba Reading

Reading Chronicle:

This bar, located on Friar Street, received 4.5 stars on Tripadvisor and serves a range of drinks including cocktails.

The bar also serves food with one reviewer describing it as "brilliant".

One reviewer on Tripadvisor said: "A really good visit with amazing cocktails and food."

Whilst another added: "Great cocktails and atmosphere."

2. The Botanist

Reading Chronicle:

The Botanist on Kings Street also received 4.5 stars on Tripadvisor.

One review said the cocktails were "delicious" and waiting staff were "very friendly".

Another said: "The drinks are excellent and really nice decor and staff.

"A very worthwhile visit! Will be coming back again."

3. White Horse Pub Emmer Green

Reading Chronicle:

This pub on Kidmore End Road received 4 stars on Tripadvisor and was described by one reviewer as a "fantastic pub" with a "great atmosphere and food".

Another said the "food was amazing".

4. Wee Waif, Hungry Horse

Reading Chronicle:

The Wee Waif on Old Bath Road Charvil also received 4 stars on Tripadvisor with one reviewer saying it serves "hearty meals" and is "well priced".

One added the "service was excellent with delicious food and a spacious environment".

5. The Three Guineas

Reading Chronicle:

The Three Guineas is located next to Reading's train station and was awarded 3.5 stars on Tripadvisor.

One reviewer said it is a "fantastic pub with staff willing to go above and beyond".
