THE following cases appeared at Reading Magistrates' Court.

July 27:

LEE BROWN, 32, of Calver Close, Winnersh, admitted driving whilst disqualified in King Street Lane, Winnersh, on June 11, 2020, and admitted making a false statement to obtain insurance in Winnersh on June 11, 2020. Given a community order to comply with 60 hours unpaid work. Also ordered to pay £95 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 10 months.

JOSHUA OLIVER, 23, of Russell Street, Reading, admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements following a period in prison by not attending appointments on September 27, 2019, October 10, 2019, and October 17, 2019. Fined £108. Also ordered to pay £60 court costs.

LUKE SAMPSON, 27, of Oxford Road, Reading, admitted failing to comply with requirements of a community order by not attending planned appointments on January 15, 2020, January 16, 2020, and February 25, 2020. Original offence included assault in Reading on December 1, 2018. Community order revoked and sentenced to 12 weeks in prison suspended for two years due to severity of offence. Also ordered to pay £75 court costs.

ROBBY LEWIS, 22, of Carron Close, Reading, admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements by not attending appointments on December 27, 2019, January 20, 2019, and January 30, 2020. Fined £108 and ordered to pay £75 court costs.

ARMAND ISMAJLAJ, 32, of Zinzan Street, Reading, convicted of travelling without a valid train ticket at Slough Station on February 19, 2020. Fined £220. Also ordered to pay £2.90 compensation and £140 court costs.

RADOSLAW JASKULA, 27, of Oxford Road, Reading, convicted of travelling without a valid train ticket at Reading Station on February 12, 2020. Fined £220. Also ordered to pay £21.20 compensation and £140 court costs.

GORGE LEWIS, 18, of Strathy Close, Reading, convicted of travelling without a valid train ticket at Slough Station on January 15, 2020. Fined £220. Also ordered to pay £9.90 compensation and £140 court costs.

TREVOR LUMU, 31, of Rembrandt Way, Reading, convicted of travelling without a valid train ticket at Theale Station on February 6, 2020. Fined £220. Also ordered to pay £4.10 compensation and £140 court costs.

JHRAD MAY, 19, of Barbell Close, Reading, convicted of not having a valid train ticket at Reading Station on February 17, 2020. Fined £220. Also ordered to pay £4 compensation and £140 court costs.

DIMITRIS STAVRAKIS, 20, of Shinfield Road, Reading, convicted of travelling without a valid train ticket at Reading Station on January 20, 2020. Fined £220. Also ordered to pay £25.90 compensation and £140 court costs.

KIRSTEN TUCKER, 31, of Bath Road, Padworth, convicted of travelling without a valid train ticket in Reading Station on January 31, 2020. Fined £220. Also ordered to pay £4.10 compensation and £140 court costs.

GHINUA ULAD, 30, of Neuvic Road, Whitchurch, convicted of travelling without having a valid train ticket in Reading Station on February 7, 2020. Fined £220. Also ordered to pay £25.90 compensation and £140 court costs.

GARETH WOODWARDS, 35, of Ash Road, Reading, convicted of travelling without having a valid train ticket in Reading Station on January 24, 2020. Fined £220. Also ordered to pay £4.10 compensation and £140 court costs.

July 28:

MARTIN CAPLIN, 32, of London Road, Newbury, admitted harassment without violence in West Berkshire between May 16, 2020, and June 20, 2020. Given a conditional discharge for 12 months and made subject to a restraining order. Also ordered to pay £22 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

BERKE ERSOY, 23, of Wychelm Road, Reading, convicted of using threatening or abusive or insulting words of behaviour to provoke violence at St Pancras International Station on June 26, 2020. Given a community order to comply with rehabilitation activity and ordered to carry out 100 hours unpaid work. Also ordered to pay £100 compensation and £85 court costs.

DWANE DENNY, 45, of De Montfort Road, Reading, admitted harassment without violence in Reading between June 30, 2020, and July 6, 2020. Given a community order including a ban from visiting one particular road in Reading, and includes rehabilitation activity. Also ordered to pay £90 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

ODANE CROSS, 28, of Portman Way, Reading, admitted failing to stop a vehicle when required to by a constable in uniform in Highgrove Street, Reading, on June 13, 2020. Fined £75. Also ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
