FOODIES are now beginning to flock back to newly-reopened restaurants and take advantage of the 'eat out to help out scheme'.

Every establishment which deals with the handling of food is rated by food hygiene inspectors employed by the council.
They are given an overall score as well as three separate rankings based on food hygiene and safety, structural compliance and confidence in management.
