AN ABNORMAL load is causing huge queues of up to five miles long on the M4.
Wiltshire Police is escorting the vehicle between Chippenham and Royal Wootton Bassett.
This has caused queues along eastbound junction 17 and junction 16.
A spokesperson for Highways England said: “There is currently an Abload under Wiltshire Police escort that is travelling at low speed, this is causing congestion in the area. Please take care on approach.”
