Former Wycombe Wanderers defender Sido Jombati has signed for Oldham Athletic on a one-year deal.

Jombati signed for The Chairboys in 2014 and featured almost 200 times in six years at Adams Park, scoring seven goals in the process.

During his six years at the club, he also achieved two promotions.

Former Liverpool and Leeds United winger Harry Kewell took the reins at Boundary Park yesterday [Monday, August 1].

Sido Jombati told the Oldham Athletic club website: "I'm really excited to have moved up here and joined this club. Oldham Athletic is still massive, it has a passionate fanbase and I'm ready to show everyone what I can do out on the pitch.

"I'm a player who can play across the back four and I will always help the team out in any way I can.
