Here's when the NHS Spitfire flypast will fly over Bucks

The 'Thank you NHS' flypast will see the historic plane circle above some of the largest hospitals as a thank you to the staff who have worked throughout the Covid-19 pandemic.

The veteran plane is scheduled to fly over Frimley Park Hospital at 3.47pm on Saturday afternoon.

At 3.51pm it will appearing fly high above the Royal Berkshire Hospital in Reading before travelling over Amersham Hospital at around 4pm.

In addition to this, Bucks residents have been invited by the NHS trust to nominate a loved one to have their name painted on the NHS Spitfire.

The organisers said on the Just Giving page: "The aim is to lift the spirits of those across the UK, many of whom are still living in some form of isolation, whilst also thanking the hospitals, communities and individuals who have been at the forefront of getting the country through the pandemic."
