The Gravelly Bridge Farmhouse is listed on the Reading Chronicle's website in the property section and is on the market for £1,295,000.
The estate agent, Haslams, describe it as a "wonderful Victorian family home" situated in the village of Grazeley.
It added the property is "ideally positioned for junction 11 of M4 and the mainline station at Reading, business parks as well as local village amenities".
The property is set within a total plot of 1.1 acre and has views over the adjoining fields.
Haslams adds the "courtyard is ideal for al fresco dining".
There are also a number of outbuildings which have been converted to provide an annexe and two further rooms which have been used as rental accommodation.
The estate agents said: "There is planning granted to erect a 3 bedroom single storey dwelling which would require the removal of the annexe and the outbuildings."
