THE deaths of the three Forbury Gardens attack victims will be investigated at an inquest due be to opened this month.

The investigation,which will be led by the Berkshire Coroner's Office at Reading Town Hall, will outline details surrounding the day James Furlong, Joe Ritchie-Bennett and David Wails were killed, and the events leading up to and following the attack.

Inquests are required when a person has died due to unnatural causes.

The coroner will act on behalf of the families to establish when, where and how the deaths happened.

The opening of the case, which sets out what will be analysed during the remainder of the inquest, will take place on Wednesday, July 29.

This investigation will run separately from the ongoing court case of 25-year-old Khairi Saadallah, who is charged with three counts of murder and three counts of attempted murder following the incident which shook the town on June 20.
