This comes after the government announced plans to relax lockdown rules over the weekend, as mentioned last month.
This has led to more residents attending the town centre, now non-essential stores have been allowed to re-open.
A spokesman for the Woodley Town Council said: "The public toilet in Woodley town centre will reopen from Tuesday 7 July.
"Cleaning, signage and hand sanitising will be in place."
